Ss thers a ugly ass girl in my math class who thinks she looks like a model and all boys want her. I got the hghest mark in my last test, someone told her I cheated, she thinksI took the test home and one of my friends did it for me. Now shes mad but I dont know why cuz she cheats all the time, she talked to my math teacher about this but he didnt care so she went to the guidence counsil and convinced er friends to go with me and complain against me. Now wtf should I do? Shes is 18 years old btw.

So, you didn't cheat? Cause if she can't without a doubt prove it, she can't do crap about it. Just call her out on it.

Not too much you can do about it unfortunately. She can't prove it though, so you're probably fine. You might want to prepare an argument ahead of time though in the event your school admins are imbeciles as is sometimes the case. You could also try to get bunch of your friends or other kids from your class to advocate on your behalf that you didn't cheat, that way this girl's little group heresay is neutralized at worst and obliterated at best (get a similar number of kids to confirm that you didn't cheat and the two sides cancel out. Get half your class to confirm you didn't cheat and you can probably get her little vindictive ass in trouble for making false claims).

tell ur teacher that u didn't cheat on the test. somone made up a rumor that u cheated on ur test. it doesn't seem like nobody cares about it. who the hell snitches now in days? i couldn't care less about someone cheated on a test. last semester a kid cheated on his english exam, i didn't tell anyone about it. xscott1018

Same here. I have a policy about snitching on cheaters: I only do it if there's a curve in the class since at that point their actions are negatively affecting everyone else. Otherwise I don't care.

The big reason why I don't tell on cheaters is because I think the punishment (or rather the consequences of getting caught) is extremely disproportinate to the crime. I'm not about to ruin someone's life just because they tried to do better on a single test. My philosophy is that if they're making a habit of it then they'll get caught on their own eventually, and that even if they don't then their grades probably aren't that great to begin with.

There's been similar issues in my class with this one girl and this one time that she really pissed me off i just called her a stupid skank and she didn't say anything else to me, she definently had it coming from a while ago lol
