My girlfriend told me the other day that the one time she hates having her nostral ring piercing is when she has a cold, as the snot comes out the little gap also. So cute.

It can look good, but it can also look pretty crappy.

Usually I would also have to go with trashy, but it doesn't nessecarily make them any more or less attractive. I wouldn't say it's an insta-anything but may make me rethink some things.
