I suspect most will see it just because of the exposed teenage girl breasts and gore.TreflisAs in most of these threads in regards to this subject..i fail to see the logic behind this thought process..

I agree with you, Hopeless.
Gratuitous nudity does nothing to me besides make me ask, "Really? Why?"
I can't stand most love scenes in movies, either.
Rarely ever does a love scene have deep meaning.

Wow we agree on something..This must be the end of days. :P
Yeah at first I thought it was just the ultimate Sc-fi channel original movie with better effects and in 3D. But the reviews have been like 87% on the tomato meter

Yeah, Same here. If there's one in a Movie I'm watching I just fast Forward over it.This is Taken from IMDB.
"(There is a great deal of nudity in this film including "Full frontal female nudity is shown and many of the women that are nude Such as: "Riley Steele" are (Porn Stars).)Contains many sexual references as well as a great deal of nudity."

Well the world sucked while it lasted anyway :P..I prefer the implication of lovemaking.
Like in Garden State.
It doesn't show anything, the screen just turns black, and they wake up together.
I was watching The Final Destination with my mother, and that was just awkward...

I watched "You don't mess with the Zohan" with my Mother. Now THAT was awkward. :P
I also prefer when the screen just blacks out.

Add that to something that plays on their hormones that occur during puberty and it's not that hard to understand why teenagers and young adults might go see Piranha 3D.
Exactly..the fade out is perfect...seeing people having sex is like..uh..was it not enough to just fade out and imply it..like...really now..why is it necessary to show them?..I prefer the implication of lovemaking.

Like I said, very rarely does it have meaning.
If it's an actual love scene, then I am fine with it.
It's a cathartic moment.
But what we're talking about?
They're not even actually doing it, they are having simulated sex.
Why watch that?
You could easily just watch porn instead, at least that's real.
