Anime fan for you gaijinsBORN_TO_HATEThen why didn't you just say anime instead of being condescending? :?
I think the best part of this thread is that its the most original one to come around in a long time.

Your extensive knowledge of Anime and ability to write Japanese words using the Roman Alphabet will probably make you of a higher class then most people in Japan. It would probably be more inspiring for you to speak to Americans and educate them on the Japanese culture so that we could understand exactly how they do things and why they do it. Once you arrive in Japan im sure you could always choose to impress a Japanese swordmaster using your Katana skills at a local park while they are running errands, if you were to slice a piece of bamboo or something while they happened to be passing by you. Once he responds to you, you can simply respond with a "Gomenasai" and he will more than likely help you further your training. If you watched Karate Kid then I'm sure you know that Japanese Adults are very fond of American Youth and have an aspiration for helping them find their dreams.
