Gonna give a love poem to the cashier at Walgreens, will it work?

I may have stepped on some toes with my thread yesterday but its good. Yall are like my E-familia so I know we tighter then that!

Anyways there's this girl at walgreens i like. She's fineeee! she always smiles when she sees me come in. always offers me coupons, and offers me a bag for my stuff. Most people make you bag your own, not me she bags mine with love. I was thinking of giving her a sweet little poem "My head is like a mailbox, its full and I don't wanna check it. because baby without your love in my box, its only empty" and then I'll look deep into her eyes and say I want to take a walk with her so we can get lost in the stars together. Will this route work? or will she find it not good?

i'm sorry i[m laughing...ughh, thats a unique approach my friend, i mean i say go for it whats the worst that can happen, i say you just ask her out without the poem though, poems are cool for middle school and MAYBE highschool but ehh, a real man don't need no poem.

If you give her a poem there's a 99.9% chance this will not turn out in your favor. Perhaps asking her for her number might be the more effective option. Save the poems for when your dating.

TC it might be better if you challenge a man to a fight to the death in front of her, for her. That way if she likes it, then you two are a match. If not, then you might want someone who can withstand unwarranted bouts of aggression.

She is just doing her job, dont get to excited. i work in retail and we get people all the time who hit on the cashiers and the cashiers hate it.

no offense but that poem sucks. if you have think about it then its not worth trying. keep it simple try something a little funnier and simple so when shes done reading it she'll look up and smile at you.

I'd be a little reluctant to approach a woman with a poem while she's at work. It puts her in a potentially VERY uncomfortable position. After all, since she's at work, she's a captive audience.

My unsolicited advise, perhaps ask her in passing if one day when her shift ends, she'd like to go grab a bit to eat or something.

and 80% of the time they all bag my items too..all of these middle aged men/women bag my items..I must be in love with them.. a really old man bagged my milk for me yesterday and my heart skipped a beat

But if you generally want to go on a date with her or something just ask for her number. Do you speak to each other about stuff? I would just ask for her number or something. Poems are kinda *out of date* when it comes to asking a girl out now, well at least in my area they are.. but who knows, depends if you speak to her and you know she's into that stuff then a poems the way to go.

Hitting on girls while they're working is the worst. You may think they like you, but it's more likely that they're just being nice to you since it's part of their job.
