No one is bad,no one is good. It's always about perception. One man's hero is another man's villan. Most People do good things for recognition, which woun't make it good, would it?
It's too damn diffcult seperating these 2,it's just gray.Who agrees?

I agree, good and bad are mainly used to get people on someone's side. Still, one can have purely good intentions, but in practice it usually doesn't work out.
I'm convinced the witch burnings were done by decent people too, they just didn't have the intelligence to back things up.
So you can make any act seem good or evil? Regardless of how extreme it is?JandurinLet's put it to test Jandurin. List some extreme acts of goodness and evilness and see if they can make them seem good or evil..
Yeah, right. Regardless if anything is inherently meaningful or not, there are some common opinions on what could be considered good or bad.I agree, good and bad are mainly used to get people on someone's side. Still, one can have purely good intentions, but in practice it usually doesn't work out.

Good people don't set innocents on fire. There's a limit, I believe, as to how much can be excused for someone's ignorance.

Well, since Adolf Hitler thought that the Jews were the cause of all of Germany's problems (and, possibly, the world's problems), he probably thought that what he was doing was a good thing.
I think it was bad, since he murdered millions, but I'm guessing that he thought it was good...
I feel kind of like a dick even saying that:|

Yeah, but he was wrong because we know that Jews weren't the cause of Germany's problems. Next excuse, please. :PNot true. There is some universal truths about good and evil. It's not only about perception. Some actions harm others...they are not perception. An act that doesn't harm anyone may and I stress may.....be more perception. Depends on the quantifiable for harm...and the fact that in another instance the same act can harm another.
Not all acts of "good" are for recognition. Some go unnoticed.

Mm, but he had faulty reasons behind it. We know very well that the Jews weren't the cause of Germany's problems, so that doesn't work as a way of making the Holocaust seem good.If good and bad do not exist then there is no reason why every human being has an understanding of morality at least in some manner. Sure, there are many differing interpretations of morals throughout the world but some things are universal (e.g. murder in life is wrong [be reminded that the definition of life varies across cultures]). mindstormThat does not prove that some things are inherently bad or good though; it just shows that many humans seem to have a common perception of right or wrong on a few subjects.
