Good comeback for this insult?

The other day I made a half-funny joke and some guy said "you're not funny you know that right?". I can honestly say I've never been told that in my life. I really didn't have a good comeback for that one.

Anybody have a few that might help me out if someone ever says that again?

I've seen that before it's really lame actually. Just abunch of words most people have never heard of and not really offensive like personal insults or dissing how someone looks.

Yes, but if you were to use it as a comeback to an insult, the guy would never dare to speak to you again.

If people around you laughed at your joke you have him pwnt right there.

One time my friend told a joke and everyone was laughing, when it stopped this dumb girl said "You know you're not funny" (20+ people laughed at what he said, it was directed towards her, but not *at* her)

So if you weren't actually being funny just agree with him. What's he going to say to that?
