So they showed The Haunted Mask tonight on Cartoon Network, and I missed it. I heard it was the cartoon version? I thought it was the movie version? What did they show?

When I flipped on CN and saw that Goosebumps came back (on a station that's supposed to be dedicated to cartoons...), I wondered, "Did that make me cool back then?"

Goosebumps was a sensation when I was a kid. I still remember my cousin (only child) had like every book, spoiled little...

I remember Night of the Living Dummy the most (there was like 3 of them I think)

Those two are definitely the best. Also, the one where the two brothers get left at their grandparent's house with a monster was awesome. Another one that scared the crap out of me was the werewolf one where this boy finds out his family are werewolves and he steals their skin so they can't become werewolves again.

Used to love the Night of the living Dummy ones (Slappy was a 'Chucky' for kids)

Still got heaps of them books (1 - 47 I think, have to dig them out and look).

My favs were them choose your own adventure books (the ones where you had multiple choices). Used to love "Trapped in Bat Wing Hall".

Yes, Goosebumps was the s**t. Loved those as a kid.

Trivia:In the live-action series Haunted Mask II episode, Carly Beth was played by Kathryn Long, and Carly Beth's friend Sabrina was played by Kathryn Short. I have to say, you just can't write that. And that's the long and the short of it.

I used to read those books all the time, when I was in primary (grade) school, would sometimes was the tv show as well. I'm sure I still have a few of the books, I feel inspired to look them out now.
