For the past couple of years I have been getting into graphic design. I have hosted a couple NHL Online Leagues over Xbox Live and make a website using Gimp 2 for the PC. I recently purchased a Mac and have been looking to buy some type of graphics design software to do it on the mac. Does anyone know of some good cheap software I could buy off Ebay or something?
Photoshop is awesome for digital artwork and for digital rendering I use Cinema 4D. The demo to Cinema 4D is free and the only limitation to the demo is you can't save, no time limitation or anything. I found a way around this by just taking screenshots (ctrl+print) and pasting them in Paint.
