Which is the better hippie jam-band? My vote goes to the Grateful Dead by far, though I still love Phish.

Nothing can compare to the Groove of the Dead in the 60's, they are the Original Jam Band and they influenced Phish heavily.

Though both are great The Grateful Dead win easily.

I like Phish, but anyone who thinks they're better than The Grateful Dead are only fooling themselves.

Hmm, people actually answered this time :). Usually when I talk about the Dead here no one knows what the **** I'm talking about.
