Greatest music artist to come out this decade?

As the first decade of the new millenium comes to an end, us music lovers have come across new musical talents this decade. Which do you think rank among the greatest. I think Dragonforce deserves a mention, yes i know everyone calls them fake and that they only speed up there music (which they only did on there last 2 albums Inhuman Rampage and Ultra Beatdown.) Seether kept the post grunge movement going with the release of Disclaimer II and Finding Beauty in Negative Places. What do you think?

Brand New is pretty cool.

I absolutely love Funeral, not a big fan of Neon Bible though. As a matter of fact I'm about to throw that on the stereo to see if it can change my mind.
