Why do people think Jacks Joker is a good Joker?

The Joker should not be old and fat and should not be more like a bad comedian than a psychopath, he is supposed to be really crazy, not really bad at being funny and laughing at his own bad jokes. When he laughs it should be maniac and crazed like he might just shoot you in the face for the hell of it.

You should get the feeling from the Joker (and Batman, which you do anyway) that he is one person you really do not want to mess with and Jacks Joker didn't give that. The only time he done something Joker like was shooting Bob and he shot Bob for a reason which makes it kinda unJoker like.
