Ninjas are stealthy. They are basically just like assassins, only cooler. A viking or spartan could not defeat a Ninja. They would be dead by the time they realized there was a Ninja lurking in their vicinity.

one of the most powerful warriors in history are a fad? no but 6 months ago we wouldnt have included them in the poll. I'd only heard of them in passing mentions before this whole movie fiasco.

I wouldnt use movies as your reference for spartan history.

In the end they would most likely be easilly beaten because they have had no experience in sucha performance.. Ninja's is a dumb comparsion because they are liek any other assassin in just about any other culture...

I would have to say that the greatest warriors are in modern times. Think about the Spec/Ops, Spec/Forces. Now think about the Spec/Ops/Forces that you don't know about! :P
