This is my theory: 1. Most of the popular recognized users are banned now. Only the small fry that no cares about get banned, so no one notices the bans. To further reinforce this idea, every time I open a thread I recognize 3% of the users there. (which is surprising, because everyone in OT wants to be popular these days.)the_foreign_guy

It is not the members that are going soft... But it's the mods, obviously. If you guys just banned more people left and right then this place would look like a genocide camp once again.

I never had my 10K post party and reserve the right to have it at anytime. As for the topic in question: I think people just understand the rules so they stay within them.
I am glad. I hate ban threads because 98% of those who get banned deserve it. I can only think of two in recent memory that bothered me,and one technically deserved it because he was a bandodger.
