The P90 is a PDW while the F2000 is an assualt rifle. Completely different weapons for completely different roles. The F2000 didn't replace the P90, although the P90 has alot of competition now from the HK MP7.

Also, the F2000 hasn't really caught on in a big way. FN is pushing the SCAR now much more than the F2000. AFAIK the Saudis were the only big order for the F2000.

The real IMI uzi is a pretty good SMG, and was very innovative back in the 60s and 70s when Israeli commandos were using them. It's just rather heavy by modern standards at almost 8lbs.
