I just saw on the news this self proclaimed "artist" guy secretly built an apartment inside the mall that he and his buddies lived in for some time before they got busted. He even has a website (link below)about this secret apartment. I can't believe he got away with it for so long. It looks like all they did was play video games.

yeah, i think i remember a show about mall of america and the fact that it had a college and a roller coaster inside of it. i also remember them talking about building apartments inside as well. but to have your own secret place in a mall for almost four years......that's just totally insane and bad ass!!!

Yeah, he should have got to stay there for sure. He gave that mall so much free advertisement after this happened. They could have at least kept it there for some kind of staff lounge area.
whoa this is so wierd I actually live In Rhode Island and I have never heard about somebody living in the providence place mall, Ive always wondered where that ladder went but I guess they beat me to it
