very rarely do girls need makeup. DOnt get me wrong, if done properly, it can make a woman look very hot, very classy, or a variety of ways. Some girls do need makeup...in my dorms there was this one blonde girl, and I saw her one time and it was frankly a little shocking because she looked so different without makeup. She wasnt ugly, but she didnt have that natural mystique I thought she had.

So, in short, makeup isnt bad, its just not necessary.
