Your boy Kenny_Glover here. Been a gamer for years, so why not make a GameSpot account? I know, too much time on my hands. I really do look like a dork right now.

To be honest, I lost much of my interest in gaming in 2011. There's just more to life and I really had to get off my ass. I'm still into it, though not as much.

I'm not interested in buying new home or handheld consoles. PC gaming seems a lot classier, so I plan to get into that. Still, I have a thing for the Sega Saturn, Dreamcast and the original Microsoft Xbox.

I just got a Sega Saturn, actually. Been wanting one for a really long time; I always was a big Sega fan. To finally try out their equivalent to the Playstation and N64 is really cool. The games I got with it are Japanese imports of Burning Rangers and NiGHTS into Dreams.... American versions of Saturn games in great condition are too expensive, so I went with imports to save money. The system I got is American, however. Fortunately, I also got the 4M Action Replay thingy so I can play the imports. I read that thing can damage the cartridge slot ... so I really hope I don't screw up my Saturn. As for the games themselves, they're quite fun. Burning Rangers is apparently very rare (the American version at least), so to be able to play it in some form is cool. Hope to get more games for my Saturn.

Other games I got recently are NBA 2K, NFL 2K, Tennis 2K2 and Virtua Tennis, all for the Sega Dreamcast. The Dreamcast is undeniably my favorite console of all time; I have such treasured memories with it (which is pretty pathetic IMO, considering that it's just a game console). I hope to get a few more games for it in the near future. Speaking of Dreamcast, I've been playing Sonic Adventure 2 a lot and am trying really hard to get all emblems at long last. I first got this game in the Christmas of 2001 when I was just 5. After my copy broke, I bought the Gamecube port twice (first sometime in 2002. Eventually, that copy got scratched to death, so I got another one in September of 2005). Being the big Dreamcast fan that I've always been, I got a new Dreamcast in 2010 along with new copies of Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Shuffle, the latter being the only one of those games I never owned before.

I would really like to get the original Microsoft Xbox again in the future. Still, I'm not sure how I'll make the time to buy all these things I want. And there are other things I really want to do besides videogames. "The things you own end up owning you", they say. :(

Anyway, y'all can catch me at GameFAQs.
