Yess... this is a malay language and we also call it as Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri( Happy Eid-ul-Fitr)
When you're celebrating this festive in malaysia, you won't forget this kind of food:
Ketupat:
lemang:
Also, you can enjoy the kuih raya(festive biscuits)
Also, in malaysia, there is the one special thing that you maybe difficult to find in other countries: open house. This thing is not just practiced by the citizens of malaysia, even the prime minister would do this to unite the malaysians which is rich of different cultures like the 1 Malaysia concept which was mentioned by prime minister himself.
Ok, for muslims all over around the world includes the muslims GS users, happy eid-ul-fitr ( Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri) and i'm say sorry to all if i'm was doing wrong to you....and happy holidays.....

Eid is a celebration and a holiday to muslims and Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", like Christian people, when they have their Christmas. For more info and precise info go here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eid_ul-Fitr
In that case, merry Eid :)[QUOTE="Ownsin"][QUOTE="bangell99"]

Some people can't pronounce the word 'Eid Mubarak' or even 'Eid-ul-fitr' but for the malaysian people like me, the word ' Aidilfitri' is easily to pronounce like this ' Ai-dil-fi-tri'. Yet, malay language is different than english.I am not Muslim, but Happy Eid to everyone it applies to. Hope your Ramadan went well for all of you.clayronNot me, I got sick :[
I will take thrown as the agnostic/atheist group and say, "Eid Mubarak". Hope it is fun and all goes well. :)
