I live in Seattle. I was walking around my neighborhood, and there were all these bumper stickers plastered on street signs claiming: "Impeach Obama for warcrimes." Whaaa? I can understand all of those who bashed Bush for the same thing, but Obama? Pleeasee! I am a conservative. I did not vote for Obama. Nor will I next time. But to say he has committed warcrimes? What do these people want?

It must be a joke, conservatives don't care what happens outside America.

According to a poll I was prompted to look up yesterday, only 33 percent of registered Republicans believe Obama was born in the US. 45 percent believe he wasn't. The rest aren't sure and need more information to decide.

The right wing is looking more and more extreme these days.

Unfortunately, "crazy" people in my experience often can be otherwise normal and intelligent individuals who have been massively misguided. You don't need to look any further than Internet commenters, the 9/11 Truth Movement, or things like this to see that.

These people simply hate Obama... mostly because he's a democrat.... to the point that they will say anything to discredit him. Even if it's outright hypocritical.

It's the far left attacking Obama (you did say Seattle). His foreign policy is the same as Bush's and that's not what they were expecting when they voted for him.

Ever heard of Wikileaks? They leaked classified informatation about Obama, claiming the millitry has commited warcrimes. Naturally because he rules the United States he's blamed.

If my details are incorrect please don't scream at me, just what my friend told me ages ago.

The people saying Obama is a war criminal are generally radical leftists, anarchists or libertarians. The idea that republicans are saying this is laughable. A consistent criticism from reps I hear about Obama is that he's "dismantling the US military" and "making us look weak in front of our enemies".

If anything, most conservatives tend to be a little too war hawkish. These bumper sticks may be coming from the far, far left. They detest war and may even go so far as to criticize a democrat. Maybe, not. But it's possible, they could throw some criticism at obama.

It looks that way. The only politician I found stating as such was Ralph Nader.

Believe it or not, there is such a thing as a liberal republican.

It isn't liberal republicans saying he should be impeached for war crimes. That's just silly. "Liberal republicans" "progressive republicans", whatever you want to call them are not trumpeting the evils of interventionist foreign policy, they're people like Meghan McCain. I don't even know why you would bring liberal republicans into this discussion, since this is so unlike anything they would say.
