it's true, walt was cool, there was extra space on top of that mountain in disney land, so he asked the workers what to put there, and they built a basketball court. whoever the CEO is now would probably carve hannah montana out of stone....disney went downhill when walt died. no joke. he would've never allowd hannah montana and all that other crap. i love his old cartoon films, hell, i love disney world in general. but disney channel, it was never really any good to begin with. the only good show it had was even stevens.

Joe Jonas, 19, has split with his actress girlfriend Camilla Belle, 22, after less than a year of dating.
She is SINGLE!:)
I agree with this take on Disney...

Note some vulgarities...
EDIT: In fact, there is a LOT of offensive content. You are warned.
None of those are 80's toons......I miss 1980's cartoons. Rocko's modern life, invader zim, doug, angry beavers, the origional spongebobs with extreme violence that they don't air anymore. Sigh...

Not at all. They are a business that has found a way to make stars that can be used in music and tv. ZING
I usually don't browse all my TV channels. However, a few minutes ago, I saw on Disney Channel a "comedy" show called Jonas and I was like what the hell, has disney gone too far?
I love Disney cartoons like Mulan, Hercules, Lion King etc. but what are these sitcoms? Especially Jonas Brothers, the band I hate the MOST!
I seriously think that Disney should stop making these lame and unfunny sitcoms.
And for the people who actually think Disney's sitcoms are funny.
Bottom line: /facepalm

omg i couldnt even finish HALF of that video. that was just disgustingly bad. And it doesnt matter if a show is directed towards kids, i still watch Aladdin and Hercules and all those old and awesome shows back in the day and im 17... i know lots of people who watch those kind of shows. im sorry but disney has just gotten terrible. Walt Disney would be ashamed...... :(

Disney isn't just for kids. Try watching their older films. They're for all ages.let me try and work this out... Disney is for Kids... and you have to be over 13 for gamespot..... and you say you don't like disney sitcoms.
ok, got it.

Disney's been "going too far" for a long time. The company's been in steep decline since Walt died... Michael Eisner's systematic destruction of everything that was good about the Disney brand should be grounds for his execution.
Disney was fine in the "mickey" age, but now, you might as well just wait for Pixar Movies to come out if you want something for kids to watch and that is ACTUALLY NOT TERRIBAD.
my sister thinks that jonas show is the best thing to ever happen to modern day television. it's not even funny how obvious an attempt the show is to make them more popular, i mean, it's not funny AT ALLLLL
I think we're just getting older and realizing "what was I watching?"
Seeing as a kid is a much different experience.
I lasted until the theme song started playing, then I remembered why I hated them so much.
-OpaK-
 Same here.
I don't like JONAS or many of the other new Disney Channel shows (Sonny With a Chance and Wizards of Waverly Place to name a few), but I do enjoy Phineas and Ferb (animated) and Hannah Montanna (shoot me). Hannah Montanna (as a show, not as the singer goes) isn't all that bad, and often has some funny moments.
Honestly though, its the only stuff kids really have left to watch (Nick is dead, Cartoon Network is awful now, family sitcoms on primetime don't exist)...you can't blame them for wanting to watch one of the only things left for them.
Also, Disney as a company has really picked up the ball and started to work on a bunch of really good things (Disneyland expansions, Tron: Legacy, the cruise stuff, back to hand drawn movies ((thank god)) with the Princess and the Frog, and other things). If you didn't like them before, they are starting to give you reason to at least take a second look.

I've never liked Disney films (old or new). Only the ones they did with Pixar. Everything else I don't see the appeal of.
Raikoh_
The only disney film I like outside of their pixar filmsis Emporer's New Groove...
I loved that movie.
I bought it and have it on dvd. :P
