Again if a person where to go crazy in the military with a navy ship full of elite trained soldiers, and in another part there is another person who does it with privates, the chances of the Private going crazy and shooting people is higher. If the one with the elietes goes crazy and shoots 5 times and the other 2, that does not makes the chances HIGHER.

So you can talk gun deaths all you want, it still has the lowest CHANCES from that example.

They don't increase. Someone who goes nuts like the VT in one country may NOT shoot someone, the chances are the same period. Look how strict we are and look at how law enforcement is around. Other conturies, well, a lot of other countries, don't have it like that. So the chances would in that case in comparison would actually be LOWER. 

Dude if you want to see strict go to almost any other country in the world. Where I live laws a stricter than that and a am pretty sure I am statistically safer too.

Let us go over why IMO:

1. America has the lowest CHANCES of a person getting killed. Whether or not if there are numbers, or not, most likely not, that may not place it at the lowest, the chances are the lowest.
2. A decent amount of regional area to explore. To the point where it's not too big and mismanaged like china, but all the states are big enough and have enough different cultures accents, etc. That going to toher countries is deemed pointless.
3. The highest rated entertainment in all forms.
4. The most consumed entertainment in all forms in the world
5. The country is under the most prepared and protected law enforcement AND Military,
6. The living style is still better than all other countries despite the lower economics.In comparison to other countries during the entirity of the U.S. existence, no leaders of countries or nations have ever been more organized and successful despite some flaws.
7. Most diverse society ever.
8. Welcomes 99.6% of all outsiders.
9. Will deport and not kill illegal immigrants 78% of the time. The highest.
10. The world economy would crumble if the U.S. fell.
11. Created the U.N. Which has done it's main job  of preventing another war of epic proportions.
12. Most donations to other countries come from the U.S. Indicating you should move there.
13. The highest percentage of freedom of religion.
14. Allows you to have religion of your choice .
15. Allows people to have infinite opinion without punishment as long as no "hate" physical action is committed.
16. Builds the Best automobiles. Even builds other countries cars better than THEY do according to CNN.
17. Our Government has the biggest welfare program you can take advantage of (for better or worse.)
18. Promotes small business owners.
19. Allows full acceptance of people who are atheist of the highest percentage.
20. Allows people to follow their own beliefs fully with no punishement.
21. Funds instituions for peoples believes or religions like Chruches and Synagouges.
22. The most devastating weapons(for better or worse.)
23. Furthest ahead in technology in the highest percentage (but not in all categories.)
24. Exports the largest amount of jobs. Why not move here than since you are working for us anyway?

26. No child left behind. The best document bush produced. Protecting kids with government funding in cases of kidnapping or injury.
27. No control over public internet. Even the lowest other country is around 5%.
28. Has climates for all people in the world. 4 Seasons, areas where it barely snows and has desert, cold areas, regular areas, areas that are near beaches. So we basically have combinations of all countries climates. No excuse not to move!

30. Government can fund your childs lunch at school.
31. School system is 100% free and almost everything added is also free except yearbooks and caps and gown when you graduate.
32. Almost all jobs allow benefits. The highest percentage.

So with that said, what makes you not want to move here? It makes no sense. I know that all people here can't be from the U.S.

The U.S. had more controlled actiosn against all types of weapons, thus the chances would be lower.

the chances of bob going crazy in insanity from war is higher and he would have a higher chance of shooting people on the bost.
