I almost fell from a really high cliff

When I was 4 or 5, I was at a hotel (don't remember the name), and I wanted to go for a swim at the pool and I saw that this girl was pushing off one of the walls with her feet, so I challenged her to a contest to see who could go farther, and when I pushed off the wall my water-wings fell off and I was under water for over 2 minutes until my dad came and picked me out of the water.
Just goes to show you that women will be the death of me. Or loose water-wings.
Yea I had my left subclavian artery accidentally sliced open while having a biopsy done and I lost 75% of my total blood volume on the table before they got it under control and gave me transfusions. I couldn't even lift my arm off the bed in the ICU after I woke up, and spent a week in the hospital mostly asleep as I remember. It sucked.Rekunta
Jesus. You people live exciting lives.

They aren't the same thing? Aw man, I gotta rethink my life a bit...
I don't know if I would have died but I defiantly would have been seriously injured. Me and my friend were driving around in the back part of the county and he looked down to mess with his satellite radio and I was watching. We both looked up and to our surprise he had moved into the wrong lane of traffic. We almost had a head on collision with a big truck. Luckly he swerved back over into the right lane before we collided.
It scared us both to death and we stopped to catch our breath, as did the other driver. He wasn't mad but worried if we were ok.
We didn't touch the radio the rest of the day and he returned the next day.
