have you ever been suspened or expelled from school?

I have twice for stupid reasons:cry: one for shooting a basketball it hit the rim abd broke a window and 2nd was for defending my self and beating up a kid who spit on me both were before high school.

Nope. Lots of detentions, never a suspension. Part of that, though, was probably because the private school I went to didn't really care that much about punishing students. If I got suspended every time I fought in grade school, hell, It'd probably add to at least a whole semester's worth of suspensions.

Yeah, it was a stupid reason to, I was suspended for not stopping a fight in HS. I told them WTH was I suppose to do to stop them? I never got a response from them.

Yup. Had around 15-20 disciplinary refferals last year, got suspended 5-6 times + got sent to another facility, for about a week for suspension.

This year, around 20 disciplinary refferals and suspended twice.

there was a girl I was really close friends with, and her dirtbag boyfriend slapped her across the face in the middle of the hallway, so i walked up to him and punched him square in the face. so worth it.

I had a 2 day suspension for throwing a 2x4 at someone. I had my reasons, but regret not punching him in the face instead.

Lol, detention for being late. I dunno about your school, but at my old high school I had plenty of teachers who would threaten to write you up for being late, none who would actually do it. Ditching was about the only way you could get a detention, that or fighting. And getting suspended for swearing? Is this a public school? What kind of mind job is going to suspend you for swearing? If my school ever threatened that, I'd call their bluff.

Fights, swearing, using electronic devices, etc. But when other people do it they get caught.

the other was for ignoring the teacher, my voice was sore, so i didn't want to talk all day.

Nope, though I came close to getting expelled when some people misinterpreted what I meant by saying I wanted to wear the Iron Man suit to school. I was talking about Spirit Week, they thought I was threatening to blow up the school, and they alerted the office. Thankfully, I cleared it up very easily, even though the principal still wanted me to be punished, I got away with no charges.

Nope. I've never even had detention, though I'm sure I'm close to getting one because I've been tardy for orchestra class so many times... I also almost got suspended last year. We got this new assistant principal who's really insane and started really going crazy about swearing. Well, one day in gym class I did something stupid and said "sh!t" a little louder than I should've, and my teacher was right behind me, and she almost had me suspended for the rest of the day for "slippage," but since I'm super quiet and I do what I'm told, she gave me a break.t3hrubikscube

Not even close. Heck, the worst punishment I've ever had was a lunch detention for throwing a die at a wall. :?

I was suspended for skipping a detention. The way I see it is that I could have gone to school for 2 extra hours for detention, or skip that and take a day off of school suspended.

I was expelled just recently. My senior year I get expelled for getting drunk on the wrestling trip. (I went to a private college prep school) I'm lucky my college plans didn't get wrecked.

yes, in the 8th grade for defending myself. ThisHUGE guy came up to me and had me pinned against a support column were he started to punch me. I couldnt lay a punch on him since he had my arms locked in place with one hand (this guy was HUGE) while he used his other hand to punch me in the sides. he kept saying "DIE ________ DIE!!!" to me (_______ was my last name, not a cuss word). I couldnt hit him so I kinda spat in his face. He wiped it from his cheek (usingthe hand he used to hold my arms in place)and punched me in the face. as he was about to lay another punch I took my left hand and tried to punch him but missed with my fist barely grazing his shirt.

eventually security came out and took us both into the office were they issued suspensions to both of us. when I asked why I was being suspended they said that I should have ran away and gotten help. I ask you, HOW? the guy was at least 7 feet tall, weighing in at about 220 lbs and he had me pinned against a column (using his knee against my stomach to keep me in place while holding both my arms with one hand)!!!

so because i stand up for myself out of self defense I get screwed for it? He threatened to kill me! grr..... nvrmind my story.

I had about 4 detentions in middle school for being tardy to class. I had trouble getting up in the morning. :P

Once. For getting into a crossfire during a snowball fight.

Although I got craploads of detentions during Grade 7, just because my class was being stupid. But yeah the teacher had problems because she screamed A LOT.

I was never suspended in school. I should have been suspended at least 6 times over the course of jr high and highschool between fights and skipping classes, but I was in gifted (you get away with way more stuff when you are in gifted) and my parents were friends with the principals of both schools.

The worst time was when I was pissed off one day and went up to one of the bullies and beat the crap out of him just because I thought that he deserved it. The teacher that saw it said that he started it and that he started it and that I was defending myself (he was in one of her classes and she hated him) He got suspended, I got sent back to class.
