Have you ever experienced the "Sleep Paralysis" ?

Sleep paralysis is a phenomenon in which people, either when falling asleep or wakening, temporarily experience an inability to move. It is a transition state between wakefulness and rest characterized by complete muscle atonia(muscle weakness). It can occur at sleep onset or upon awakening, and it is often associated with terrifying visions, Damn this shit is terrifying as hell , i've experienced it for like 6times and it's damn horrifying , it's like sth is on your chest and suffocates you and you're in chains , you can't move , you scream but no one hears you ....it's the absolute definition of 'nightmare' ! and it just happened to me ....Have you ever been in such a death-close situation ?

@lamprey263 Well i'm a little bit paranoid ..., the reasons for this phenomena are so strange i mean how having stress in life or being paranoid can relate to such a demonic shit...

you're still in some partial sleep state, the high anxiety coupled with that can lead to seeing things
