No, but I've had a police car approach me while I was outside of my car, siren flashing and all. The police officer pulled up to me, rolled down his window, and looked like he was about to say something to me, but then rolled his window back up and drove away. Don't know what to make of that :?.
[QUOTE="sandlot76"]oh God...the mile after mile after endless mile of cornfields?SunshaThere are farms and cows too...and sometimes soy bean fields. Excitement abounds. Cop was all this here your truck? I was like no it's my dad's. -_- $100 GONE....I was rather sad.yes..barns, cornfields, soy bean fields. I discovered playing I spy going through Iowa is no fun. :|
yes, I've had a few speeding tickets. But the officers were nice. Be nice to them, they will be nice back.
Just last month I was pulled over for doing 80mph in a 45 zone. I was extremely fortunate to be let off with just a warning. I could have lost my license. D:22Toothpickswow, I was doing 79 in a 65 on the highway and I got a summons for Virginia( I live in Florida!!!) /rage
3 times.
First for speeding. Had the trap set up at the sign, where the speed limit increases. Apparently I started to speed up to soon.....lame
Second. was leaving a friends house in another friends truck at around 11pm. Pulled away from the curb, 3 seconds later i turned the lights on. Bam. got pulled over. "do you know why I pulled you over?", "no", "because you turned your lights on when you saw me". After 20min of explaining i had just left a friends house and that the car was my friends who was away from town, i got nothing.
Third time, I moved and did not have my front plate mounted on the front bumper. 90$ ticket. I had it on the dash (clearly visible). another 90$ ticket for obstruction of view, BS. I only got the first ticket. I then told him to have a good day. The look on his face was priceless!!
When I was younger I use to get pulled over all the time. They never gave me tickets that I couldn't get the judge to dismiss. Most of the time they would just have me get out of the car, frisk me, search the car then let me go with a warning for some random thing. For some reason they stopped buggin when I got older and moved out of my old neighborhood.
As it stands, I don't think I've been pulled over in more than 10 years.

Chogyam
wow, shows how desperate cops are to give out tickets
I have been pulled over for :
Several times. Outdated tabs, missing a headlight, speeding, "evading a traffic control device" and the latest one was for not having my headlights on even though it was light out.
I've only had a couple of them be rude, usually they're very polite. I was pulled over December 31, 1999 at around 11:30pm for speeding to my family's house. That one didn't make me happy since I was only a couple mph over. I think he was just lonely.
I have been pulled over once
My brother, his friend and I went to a bottle store to buy some drink, now this bottle store is owned by Nigerians and is notorious for it's drug dealing activities although we only went there because the booze was cheaper than other places. We drive off after purchasing our drink and the next thing, a cop pulls us over and searches us. Damn scary!
I don't drive but iv been in the car several times when my husband was pulled over. Once was for having no license plates on the car. The guy was ok about it because we had a good reason for it, the second time a policeman was standing in the road and pulled us over and started shouting at us, no idea what for, guess he was having a bad day.
I have been pulled over for :
- Driving in the HOV lane while i was alone

They do it all the time near my house. Without fail there is always a line of cars pulled over as well.
Got pulled over the other day... Well actually it was my friend. But it was one of the first i have witnessed.
The cop just typed in the license plate and pulled us over because there was no insurance on the car. Which isn't good, since you need insurance to be able to drive. I guess its needed.
I think it had to do with racial judgments. My friend is Latino. They get pulled over twice as much as white people. Its messed up.
People can have their own opinions. But this is just mine.
