Yes i have. In fact, i lost a piece of my tongue and had to go to the hospital. There is still a slightly deformed look to my tongue. :PIt wasn't a big piece though.
I licked a metal part of my freezer once it had the same effect. I thought ahead and had a cup of warm water to free myself from that frosty trap.
I lick icicles all the time in winter, I know its not as same as poles but they taste good and your tongue gets stuck to them.
