Have you ever transferred colleges?

I was at a 4 year institution JMU and thought it was too much of a party school and left due to medical reasons and picked the wrong major... I can go back because I am over my medical problems but may just go to my local community college and transfer to another school to studyfilm or something creative over business.. Although I left my 1st college I miss some people that went there (most of them transferred because the school was so huge you are a number and most of them sought better academic instituions) Have you transferred colleges and how did it affect you and your credit hours....????

Was a huge hassle for me, would not recommend. Finish the 4 years (or whatever average there is) then pursue further studies at a better college.

I did it just fine. It was a move from one CC to another, but all I needed were my old transcripts and to rematriculate, not a big deal.

I switched majors, and in turn switched universities, but I don't think that counts,
