I have met some Greek celebrity like a singer and a chef , but no serious talk , just random banter

As a child I met several...my mother would get premium circus tickets every year (I hate circus!!) and the camera crew took a liking to me so they would film me every year (it was televised). Since there were always celebrities there at a point they started sitting me on their lap when we were getting filmed.

As an adult I met 2, both singers...one at a record store and another at a gas station shoving chocolate down her throat like we were running out of chocolate...

Quite a lot of local celebrities. But didn't talk to them cause there was nothing to talk about.

I worked at a renowned store wich is known to have plenty of celebrities coming by (live concerts and whatnot) so I attended some celibrities but they're only known in my country so it means nothing. Hell, celebrities mean sh*t to me.

Not many. There are some that I would like to learn life skills from if I were to have an opportunity.

I've met pretty much all of them at one point or another, as my former job kinda required it. Some were nice, and some were not. Either way, it gave me good stories to tell at parties.

Henrik Larsson's son went to my school, one year younger than me, so I got his autograph, same as with Giovanni Van Bronckhorst (they both played for FCBarcelona some years back, not really celebrities though, I imagine)

Oh yeah I also met José Maria Bakero, as I was friends with his children (another Barça player, on the 1992 Dream Team).

It's not about worship. It's about meeting celebrities. They're people too, you know.

That said, I met Julia Roberts and the cast of Ocean 11. She looked pretty and down to earth without makeup. Still a nice smile too. The wife was ecstatic shaking Brad Pitt's hand.

By "meet" does that include scheduled events where you pay for a ticket and they sign your autograph, or just randomly running into them.

I've met a fair amount of pro-Wrestlers:

1. After my 10th birthday party, my parents took my sister, my cousin and I to an autograph-signing at the local mall with Billy Gunn. He laughed because my sister sang his theme song to him.

2. A few years after that my parents, me, my sister and a different cousin, did a similar thing with Stone Cold Steve Austin. My father talked a little bit to Austin about how my sister and I like it when Austin gives the middle finger, then one of the security guys hurried us along.

3. I've been to a few WWE shows at Mohegan Sun in 2002 and 2003 and I've met a few wrestlers around the building. We ran into Rico when he was eating in a restaurant and got his autograph (he was eating by the rail of the restaurant and we were walking by on the outside of that restaurant - it was Fidelia's back then, now Bobby Flay's Bar Americain occupies that space). We ran into Batista and D-von Dudley in the lobby and took a picture with them. And we ran into John Cena (he was still a rookie back then, carrying his own luggage) and got his autograph.

I've pulled over a Yankees player, a NY Giants player and a staff member, and a pretty well-known actor.

As for meeting people, I've met Chris Roberts(Cloud Imperium Games), Paul O'Neill(Yankees player), Kevin Bacon(actor), and a few others.

I saw Romo play a ton, I went to another OVC school, he's a few years younger than me though

I live in the sticks so not much chance to bump into people like that on the random. Always see Jamiroquai driving round in various cars as he lives round here though. I've also seen Martin Clunes and Rowan Atkinson (who also lives locally) before. Oh actually I met Christian Stevenson (who presented a Skateboarding show called Rad in the UK years ago) when he was MCing at a Motorcross Show once. I did speak to him so that's one. :P

Not really into the who Celebrity thing though, I don't really care who someone is unless I have an interest in what they do.

I saw UFC (MMA) legend Randy Couture in McCarran airport in Las Vegas, but I didn't stop and talk to him. I figure those celebrity/athletes get bothered all of the time and I didn't want to be one of those people. I'm not really the type to get starstruck anyway.

Col Elliot (Aussie comedian) and his Brother came over for dinner one night when he had a gig up here.

My dads brother used to be his manager, so that's how he knew of us.

I personally didn't talk about much, though got a couple of his DVD's for free.

A few celebrities met me and solicited my opinions on a number of issues; I was unusually succinct.

I met Will-I-Am at a political center, and Micheal Moore I met at a screening who actually spoke to me about filmmaking for a while.

Also I talked to the number 1 player on runescape via skype once. That totally counts.
