Wheni turn on my laptop, the windows starts loading, and on the loading, that blue screen appears quickly and the laptop restarts, it happens every time i turn it on.I even tried safe mode, but same thing happens. and i dont want to re-install windows because i got important stuff. So can anyone tell me what shall i do?

Don't worry. Anyway, I did a little research and what you need to do is this. Go to My Computer, and find your hardrive. Should probably be called C: or D:. Once you've got into there, go to the folder called WINDOWS. And finally, delete the folder called System32. That should clean out any errors in your PC. Glad to help.

Try using the last known good configuration on the startup menu.

Did you install anything recently?

whats a barrel roll?milan444

LooooL :D

Place the labtop in a barrel and roll it down a hill, that should solve any blue screen you might encounter

Write down the error message taht the BSOD gives you on the upper part of the screen, and google it for solutions

Are you able to read the blue screen before it restarts?

Did you install anything recently?

Have you had any crashes or hangs recently?

No im not able to read the blue screen, it appears for half a second then restarts. I did not install anything recently.

That happend to me before, i had to take it to a computer shop to get it fixed, they had to format everything!

this happened to me aswell, all i had to do was completely remove every file that had to do with the game morrowind, and it stopped.

Realy? I installed age of mythology and aom the titans yesterday, it was ok, but when i turned it on today, it doesnt ork, how did u delete ebery file that had to do with morrowind?

i installed morrowind and started messing around with mods, needless to say, i completely ruined the game. So i tried to salvage it by deleting all the mod files i installed, but it didn't work so i said "screw it". after about a week I got BSOD everytime i was on the computer for more than an hour. So i deleted every single file that was related to morrowind and BSOD stopped.

Boot from your Windows XP disk go into the recovery console and run chkdsk.

yes.. when your screen comes up press F11 OR F12 i dont remember wat it is and just put your computer into last known config. and you should be alright..unless its a virus you had a couple months ago.....then good luck with buying a new laptop :P
