Help saving a video from a music cd to my PC

well, i bought this cd, from blessthefall, and it has a couple of videos in it...

and i was wondering if i could get them in my ipod, but im a total rookie at it and i dont know how, so if anyone knows how to do it please, i would love the help

i just wanna copy the videos from the cd to my ipod
