I have a semi-funny story about this kid. Last September I went to a see Rise Against preform and Much On Demand and they made us stay after the show for the promo. That Jibbs kid was going to be on the next day and everyone kept going "who's Jibbs". It was mildly comical.
Uh I hate that dam song. Record labels are giving out deals to everybody these days. Come on listen to the beat for that song. It's a dam nursery rhyme.

Sigh...what a terrible song. I can't believe anyone actually listens to all this rap crap that getes put out as music. As for looking 15? Sure I could easily imagine he's 15. It's harder to tell from the video cause he's trying to act in some scenes where you don't see 15 year olds, e.g. around cars...boxing with big old men, having older people as backup singers. But it's still not that hard to imagine.
15? He looks like he's 17 or 18. But,you sometimes can't tell by just watching a video. If you were to really seem him with your own eyes,you can get a better judgement.
I'm not going to comment on the music since I don't like rap.

Why would he want to grow out of it? He's 15 and he's probably already made more money than you ever will in your life. I'm sure he doesn't act gangster when he's at home, he just does it as an image for money. If I were him, I'd keep it up.
