No he wasn't.. Where on Earth does it say that? Goku was just a little kid at the very start of Dragonball, he stayed and trained with Master Roshi for a few years, he grew some more then. After he defeated King Piccolo, he trained with Kame for several years and returned as a teenager/young adult to verse Piccolo Junior in the Martial Arts Tournament. The movie is based around that event, but they've also taken huge liberties in changing the story.

As for the picture of Piccolo, I don't know whether to laugh or cry myself to sleep.

tell me about it. The only way i can see this movie being any "good" is if its so bad, that its good.
