I find it easier to only like those who are my friends. And most often, they already like somebody. So there's not much I can suggest.. go for it I guess..

Well, I'm not really sure. I never really had a note given to me nor have I done so. You can give her the note, explaining how you feel and such. I mean, if she said that, then it would be a waste of time. If she doesn't have the same feelings for you, then it's basically not meant to happen. That happens and nothing you can do about it. Just tell her how you feel. That's all I can say.

Just remember, confidence is important! Don't act afraid or embarrassed, it will only make it worse! Unless shes the type of girl who thinks its cute or funny if you're embarrassed...then do that...it could go either way really. I still say your best bet is the falling into her trick...or, steal her cell phone, and call her friend and say "Hey, I found your friends phone on the floor, can you tell her that she can get it back if she comes to pick it up at my house tonight?" Then answer to door naked. Works every time.

I find threads like this very annoying...but I've been in the same situation, and I'll tell you right now that you have to act upon it, don't wait. If you like her, tell her as much before its too late, don't make the same mistake I did.Fortier
They are kind of annoying. But yeah, I was in that kind of situation. I had a crush on the girl I'm going out with now for at least 6 months, and I was too shy to do anything about it. Luckily, she asked me out. :) But that usually doesn't happen, so tell her!!!!

so.. valentines day is comming up soon.. i think it would be the perfect time to talk with my crush but i am too scared.. the problem is, i dont know if she likes me or not.. she is also kinda shy as well.. ive had a crush on this girl for almost 2 months now.. she is in two of my classes... i know you people have been through this before.. so i just needed some good advice on what is should do in this situation..:(surid

Senior year rolls around, and senior prom is coming up. Finally she comes up to me and starts treating me nicely.
**** that. I may be stupid, but I'm not THAT stupid. Did she give a flying **** about my feelings? Hell no. She could just tell that I liked her. So when senior prom was coming up, and she found herself without a date, she had to ask somebody out or she'd be seen as "uncool". And she thought that she could suddenly fix HER problem by suddenly being nice to me nearly 4 YEARS after she first found out that I liked her.
Say what you want about me. I am arguably a loser and I am arguably sort of silly, but I'm not a total tool nor a ****ing fool. I've been without you for the last few years, honey. I've gotten used to it. Don't think you can suddenly use me for your purposes and make me out to be an ass. If anyone's gonna make me look like an ass, it's gonna be ME.
I totally blew her off. She was clearly flirting with me 110%, and that **** came out of nowhere. So I was just like, "it's been really nice talking to you, Kumi, but I'm sort of in a hurry and I have to do some stuff, or something. See you later."
And I really did love that girl. To this day I still dream about her constantly, and the last time I saw her was nearly 10 years ago. But she obviously didn't like me. And I still want to be with her, but not under those circumstances.
I'm a man, god damnit. I'm not a freaking mule that you can bend to your will by pulling a carrot out of your pocket. You don't get to just reel me in like a fish whenever it's convenient for YOU. I may love you, and you may be with me in my thoughts and dreams for the rest of my life, but I'm not that much of a fool that I'm going to throw away my dignity just for one night at the ****ing prom.
maybe she didnt know you liked her soo much. Hell, she probaly thought she was doing a good deed, asking you out. Making you more popular. Unknowingly, she was fueling the fire

Yeah, but no. This happened AFTER I started hanging out with the REALLY popular people due to the connections afforded to me by my older sister.
Junior year I was a ****ing loser. My sister then invited me to one of the parties she was attendending with her "really cool" friends. Then the next day all of my forbidden>
There was a girl I first saw near the end of my junior year in high school and I fell in love with her. This June will be 2 years since I've been out of high school so it will be 4 years since I've first seen this girl and I'm still to this day in love with her and stare at her MySpace pics for a strangely long amount of time.

Keep in mind that she never liked me. She was just trying to use me as a tool because she knew that I liked her.
