That sucked. I feel bad for the guy's massive violation in privacy that comes with you taking a private video of his and putting it on YouTube, which is usually off-set by the video being hilarious. But it wasn't. It's not like he's blubbering and you can laugh at how cringe-worthy it is, he's just talking for ages about how much he misses her. Weak.
What pleasure is to be gained from watching this? If it was meant to be private, he can say whatever he wants... and I don't need to see it to believe that.

Yeah, I don't think it's a criminal offense at all. Only if they laptop is stolen ,but that has nothing to do with the video.
