Hitting a woman?(poll)

No, seeing as I'd probably love my girlfriend or wife. And I wouldn't hit another woman. It's just not right.

When to hit a woman. If she starts attacking you, with a knife etc.

If a female was attacking a family member or someone I loved you can bet your ass I'd do anything to stop her. If that included punching her, I would.

If  woman kicked me in the balls with no justifiable reason, I'd hit her.

That whole stupid argument that a woman shouldn't EVER be hit by a man for any reason, is too vague and ridiculous. There are times when it's called for in the above mentioned situations.  However violence in general should be avoided at all costs, man or woman.

You don't hit a woman if you've had a bad day and she's weak enough to hit. You don't hit a woman during a domestic argument. You don't hit a woman if she hasn't done something to deserve it.

If she was consistantly hitting me... in the stomach... with a knife, i'd be obligied to.

I guess the bigger picture is I wouldn't hit anyone unless I really felt I had to. In self defense or defense of loved ones. I don't really care for violence in any way shape or form. However like another poster here said, having a vagina doesn't automatically excuse you from being hit if the situation absolutely calls for it. Man or woman if a person needs to be hit to prevent a situation from spinning out of control, then so be it.

Only if they were trying to do severe harm. Then I would have to defend myself, but anything less that that I'll take without retaliating.
