[QUOTE="bacon_is_sweet"][QUOTE="ShuLordLiuPei"][QUOTE="bacon_is_sweet"][QUOTE="KrunkMastaX"] [QUOTE="ShuLordLiuPei"] Of course the male victims are less likely to report it than a female victim, and the female perpetrator wouldn't get nearly as much jail time/ fine as a male perpetrator. The legal system has serious double standards.ShuLordLiuPei
Yeah because women are the "weaker sex" Its pathetic.
Well, technically speaking, men are generally physically stronger then women. Not all men are stronger then all women, but males on standard generally are.
A major part of that is social reasons. Women can commit equal crimes, anyway. They can, but studies show women generally don't exhibit as much aggression as men.
Actually, studies have shown that females are as agressive or more agressive in realtionships. "Dr. Martin Fiebert, from the Department of Psychology of California State University, has compiled an annotated bibliograhy of research relating to spousal abuse by women on men. This bibliography examines 155 scholarly investigations: 126 empirical studies and 29 reviews and/or analyses, which demonstrate that women are as physically aggressive, or more aggressive, than men in their relationships with their spouses or male partners. The aggregate sample size in the reviewed studies exceeds 116,000. Very few studies have shown men to aggress more frequently than women." -Wikipedia
Not in the show I watched. In the frontal part of the brain. I woman ether has a smaller part or a larger part (can't remember which). This causes aggression to be lower. You are right, though, that a woman's aggression does rise in relationships.Â
