[QUOTE="toxic_jackal"]Other than gaming, I like to draw, read, write, collect and clean ancient coins, collect fossils/rocks/minerals and learn about ancient and medieval history.massiv-damage
What's your oldest one?
No clue. I have around 60+ coins that are Roman, Ancient Greek, Byzantine and possibly Islamic. Only about 25 of these coins have visible images on them, and maybe 10 that have visible writing. I literally have not been able to identify one of them because unless there's writing, it's hard to date a coin. Even with the writing visible, some of the letters seem too badly carved(?) to read and there's just too many different abbreviations lol. However, most of my visible Roman coins date from the 4th-5th centuries of the Christian Roman emperors. The Greek coins I have might date from the 2nd-3rd century AD.
