my friends want to see it but something about it just didnt click with me. the whole plot seemed terribly started , or from what i gather, some random guy can suddenly become a killing machine. the line where it was kill one to save a thousand... i thought it was a great line but for some reason i hated it when i heard it. and what really killed it for me was morgan freedman saying "join us." i dont know why but it just really did kill it for me. and a group of assassins just didnt appeal to me. at least not ones that run through the fricken city just blowing stuff up.
and bullets hitting each other just seemed whack. i never liked anything hitting each other like that anywhere, except once in halo 3 where my friend showed me a video of a spike grenade sticking to a frag grenade.

I felt the same way but was dragged into the theatre, I am not a big fan of "mindless" action flicks. The 1st part of the movie is pretty standered and was "just what I expected" but the movie started getting better and better. I did hower predict the entire plot after watching for awhile but this was actually a good thing. It has some classic twists in it and a hard(er?) too find message that which I predicted because of the new testament in the Bible.
So go with friends and as they watch another popcorn flick, you can sit and think while watching.
I really want to see this, i've been asking people since it came out but either people dont want to see it or cant afford to right now. Fair enough they are saving for hancock but i still really want to see wanted.
Well I just got back from seeing it, and I expected to hate it as the trailer for it, imo was terrible. I admit the curve the bullet thing was kinda overused, but damn the movie was still badass. Best movie of the year so far, though I have yet to see Wall-e. Great plot twist imo.
