The 2010 remake of I Spit On Your Grave. Multiple rapes scenes and interesting acts of revenge, don't want to spoil any thing. The trailers don't do it justice, since they make it look like it's a generic horror but it's different. I just rented it from the red box a few days ago, it said "R rated version" implying theres an unrated version, but I couldn't imagine it being much worse.

I've never scene the original from 1978 but I've read (on IMDB I think) that the 2010 version makes the original look like a disney movie. A funny note- Roger Ebert gave this film, and a long time ago, the orginal, zero stars, but of course he's going to since it's disturbing ultra violence.

Not at all, the 2010 version is much tamer and reserved than the 1978 version and it gets the added bonus of having actors that can actually act and a film that is competently put together. Multiple rape scenes? You mean one scene where she is gang raped right? I watched the unrated version so I'm not sure what they cut out but honestly I thought the director did a decent job of not making the rape scenes feel lurid or sexualized, just violent as it should be. Too bad he had to go and ruin it all in the last act by devolving into comically awful Saw-type revenge killings but at least he didn't follow in the footsteps of the original and have the victim use her sexuality to lure out her victims.

The ring 2 ... it's not bad .... but it affected my life greatly since I watched it.

the dentist 1 and 2 you try to make me go to a dentist after seeing this it aint happening ,

or how about creepshow , its funny though but scary as heck

another one is joes apartment -even though this isnt really a horror film its just nasty , all around -good movie but not somthing you wanna watch during dinner!

It's not exactly a horror movie, but Se7en is really creepy, disturbing and gross.

That is insanely disgusting...

hostel 2. not because of the gore, but because it ruined the ending from the previous film. I cant enjoy the first movie's ending as much anymore. I guess it was a pretty ballzy move on Eli Roth's part to open hostel 2 in such a way, but at the same time, it kinda makes to entire first movie pointless.

decent 2 belongs on this list just out of how much of a giant **** it took on the first movie. its not even really canon, becuase it follows the american ending, not the european ending (the creative, dark ending that is most widely accepted). plus it was just plain terrible in every single way and was one of the worst horror sequels ever, in my opinion.

its not that bad. the movie isnt even that graphic. they dont even show the actual lips being sewn to the anuses. theres this cloth around it, so you dont really see a whole lot.

actually alot of the movie is kinda humorous in a "dark comedy" sort of way.

Yes, so agree, now that's...well, is not even disturbing, is plain sick, and for the purpose of just being sick with no other reason but to get some attention, i rather watch Human Centipide and Anticrist instead of this sick movie, however, i hate to admit, the very last twist at the end of the movie was pretty well done, but yeah, don't watch this.

It's kind of my thing to see all this underground horror movies and only Human Centipide and Antichrist were disgusting to me, but A Serbian Film get's on your nerves on a whole different level, is not only about the gruesome scenes, but the actions of the characters and at the end of the film you feel truly terrified at the idea of someday encounter people like this.

I actually loved Anti-Christ. The story is simply amazing if you put some research into it.

80% of the horror movies on netflix have simply hurt my faith in the genre.

EDIT: Irreversible. A french horror movie. Unbelievably graphic, and has a 10 MINUTE rape scene. Utter garbage.

The Haunting in Connecticut. I really hate this movie. Literally nothing but predictable jump scares ever 5 minutes. I watched it with a date and we both hated it.

i wish i never saw See No Evil, starring Kane, not because it was too gruesome or anything, but because it was literally one of the worst movies i've ever seen. the only reason i watched the whole thing was because i was with my friends and we were cracking jokes during the movie.

I went in a group as well. But the theatre was empty so we treated it like a comedy and laughed at certain scenes.

I'm a pretty hardened horror fan. I've seen the most notorious films (Martyrs, Inside, Irreversible, etc.) and to date, the only one that I truly regret watching was Murder Set Pieces. Unlike the films I listed above, it was just gruesome for it's own sake. Just a bloodbath with no deeper meaning, nothing to say, just gore on screen for prurient interest. I fear the kind of person who could be entertained by this film, or those like it.
