Hot or Cold shower?

I was wondering how many people take a hot or a cold shower here, I personally have taken hot showers most of my life but recently I have tried cold showers and it is refreshing. What type of shower do you take? I found that the hot water is kind of relaxing where as taking a cold shower you feel more refreshed, What do you think?

Hot. It can be 100* out and I still love a hot shower.

Cold for me, it has gotten to the point where I don't even twist the hot water handle. The unclean feeling some are talking about is all in the head, supposedly cold water showers allow your pores to close thus washing away more grime and dirt than the open pore hot showers

Hot. A few seconds of cold at the end if I remember or feel like it.

I don't go as hot as possible all the way throughout the shower because it makes me feel tired and slow and makes it hard to clean.

Cool, usually right at or below room temperature. Really helps when it is over 100 outside for what seems like the entire summer.

So hot my skin begins to melt.

In the morning I love a hot shower. After exercising, I prefer a nice cool shower.

hot, then finish with a cold rinse to close my pores and wake me up.

A little warm, I don't like blazing hot or ice cold, in the middle but leaning more towards hot.

Hot most of the time, but certain times I like cold... Like once at a summer camp, it was hot most of the time with no AC in the cabins. So a cold shower felt great.

I've only taken a cold shower after I've been biking around in +100 degree fahrenheit tempatures for an hour or so. Other than that it's always a warm shower but not too hot unless I'm having shoulder or back problems.

Somewhere between lukewarm and warm would be my usual showering habit. Helps me wake up in the morning with the water being slightly chilled. Hot showers makes me want to go back to bed lol.

The cold option does not exist for me. It has got to be hot!

As hot as I can handle.

That is, until I have trouble breathing.

I prefer hot since it wakes me up especially when I need to study afterward.

Warm, pointing towards the cold direction.

I hate hot showers. My skin does not like.
