Well I run around a lot at work and I bike for a little over an hour 5 days a week so I guess moderately active.
I like to go for long walks and jog every other day (if possible) and swim during the summer, maybe do some camping if possible (lame bf who doesn't like the outdoors makes it hard) and scuba dive when I hav eot money (favorite but so much money)
Ummm....... do you have 4 hands?I can touch my toes and count to 10 while patting my head and rubbing my belly.

It doesn't get much more active. I am worried people are getting bored of hearing me say that I surf. Cause it seems to come into almost every post I make past few weeks. But I got an out and about job and I am very dedicated to my sport/lifestyle. However, I do have days where I sit in and do nothing but computer/console games.
Some days I don't do much in the mornings, from 7am to 11am you might see me posting random crap on here. I'm normally drinking coffee, playing a game and just taking it easy before I go out and don't stop until late evening. In order to be more active then me you'll have to spend about 90 hours a week working some muscles while out and about.

For those who play video games, how do you stay so active?

I do it by putting down the controller from time to time and going for a walk.
I run 3 to 4 times a week, and I often go walking around with my friends when we hang out.
Now that it's summer, I have more time on my hands.
I would say I'm about normal.
well other that walking about 40 mins a day to work and some push ups before i go to sleep...and jerking off ... and rolling some spliffs ... I'm a beer drinking pot bellied bastard
