Having an actor for a father may have helped open some doors for him sure, but he didn't get where he's at just by being Ramon Estevez's son. Having a well known close relative doesn't assure you success in that business, you gotta get there on your own work. Cases in point: Christian Brando and Frank Stallone.
I'm the same way, I just see them as regular people who are popular. I mean, I do have interest in who they are but I don't sit in front of TMZ or Hollywood Access to see what they're doing. Especially follow them on twitter? Geeze.
