How could anyone call this music?

Now I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion about what makes good music but seriously... wtf is this? Why would anyone listen to this?

It's just... awful. It's mindless noise, grunts, gargles, and screaming and it seriously makes me come close to vomitting all over my keyboard.

I don't really like any of this stuff either, since I see people constantly mis-labeling these bands as actual death metal, and using these sorts of bands as examples to make death metal seem less "legitimate" as a form of music. But whatever the case, it's still technically organized sound.

I listen to some death metal, but I just assumed the band in the OP was a really bad attempt at it.
