When I think of Americans, I think of few smart people trapped behind a big indestruciable glass of dumbness.

From what I see, it seems most of us Canadians think American's are ignorant and arrogant. Also, everyone pretty much seems to hate Bush, but only because of the media portrayal they see of him (Farenheit 9/11) I've never been to the U.S. yet so I don't really have much of an opinion. I'm sure Americans are more or less the same as Canadians.

Canadians could care less about USA, they are including me being Canadian are too busy...

Drinking Canadian beer

Watching hockey

and having a good time

Seriously though, im Canadian, the one thing i notice about USA is that their is too much violence and racism

Typical assumption. I bet America has shootings everywhere, everyone hates black people and mexicans, and starts all these wars...A classic.

It's people like you that makes me disrepect America a bit.

A bit? I live in america and i have no respect for it.

i dont see how you can have no respect for the country as a whole

we have a democracy (1/3 of its corrupt, guess which branch)

thriving economy

healthcare

police and fire protection

great job opportunities

We got free healthcare :P

That's actually pretty rediculous because it really isn't free. It comes at the expense of higher taxes, plus all the money goes into a pile so anyone can get it. So if you didn't go to the doctor for a few years, then you just wasted your money for someone else...Plus the "free"ness of it gives everyone a sense that they can get infinite of it so they go for the tiniest things.... So it's not as efficient as everyone claims.

Nobody's health care system is perfect, certainly not America's. Ours is pretty damn good.

I generally don't think about Canada. Doesn't really cross my mind, to be honest.  You make it sound like I should spend my waking moment thinking about your country.

No we're telling you quit the opposite: your biggest trading partner should never cross your mind. You should also go out of your way not to learn anything about us.

Canada is the US's biggest trading partner? Huh . . . who knew? Still, what do I need to know? I'm not in business with Canada. And honestly, considering Canada and the US's position to each other, what's good for the US is probably good for Canada.

Well the countries are pretty much one in the same, except we have less people, so we need to sort of, try really hard to stand out in the world, I think Canadians just find it funny that you guys don't know much about us, like we really don't have an accent at all, and pretty much most things Michael Moore says about us is wrong, like when he went to some small city's in Ontario to report on crime in Canada, when most crime is in the west, and especially when he does the lock the doors thing, everybody I know locks they're doors.
