[QUOTE="Neon-Tiger"]Are all of them stainless steel? If so, use a regular stainless steel cleaning solution. I also recommend keeping them oiled to prevent rust.-KinGz-
First real response?

So it seems. Goes to show how seriously people take each other here.

I believe the cowboy gave the first real answer, but then again yours was more descriptive...I think. I have some swords myself. I usually just water them up then oil em. Probably the wrong way but oh well.

Lather with shampoo, rinse, and repeat.

So they are shiny and I can display them with pride... after hewing down those that laugh at their uncleanness

1L of virgins blood.

60 mL tears of your enemies.

Mix well.

Pour over your blade as you recite the Prayr of Koth from the Book Of Lies.

Wipe clean on dismembered goats head.

Good as new! :D

Ok so I have a small sword collection, and I am looking for the best way to clean them... Anyone know how? Perhaps some stainless steel cleaning solution with some kind of wipe? (btw collection = Wolf dagger, Templar dagger(17inch), Celtic dagger(17inch), Tai-Chi Sword, and a Scimitar)

How does one own a small collection of swords, and yet not know how to maintain them? Did you inherit them, or something? There are far better websites for care of fine cutlery and weapons. I recommend you google "sword care" and/or "sword maintenance". Every blade weapon is slightly different. The most important thing is to find out what types of metal your weapons are made from...then go from there.

bath it in a virgins blood. She is pure and so will your swords be. After that, kill their children (not with the swords!) and use a shamwow to absorb their tears. Use it on your swords. Finally, get the bones of the man you have killed on battle (you have them, don't you?) and arragen them so they can hold your collection.

Jesus would be proud.

Alternativly, use some alcohol and oil them.

(i strongly suggest the first one)

(and post pics afterwards)

Then, I say...nice find! And my above recommendation still stands. Find out what type of metal they are made from. I've had good luck with googling local fine cutlery stores in my area (within 100 miles). There are a lot of websites that may have quality expertise on knife and sword maintenance, but if you can connect with a shop that is somewhat local to you, you may be able to recieve better service and advice. If they know you live in their locale, they are more inclined to serve you as it could mean potential sales. That's been my experience, at least. Good luck. Swords and knives...tools and weapons, in general, are a good investment.
