I'm not sure. I have a very bad temper, but I can always control it when I'm public/around people. When I'm alone or at my house, it's hard to control myself. t3hrubikscube
this is pretty much me too. i get extremely mad at inanimate objects like when something keeps falling off where i put it, or when you open your car door and lean in to get something and the door swings back and hits you :evil:, when i run into stuff i always destroy it like IT did it :P
but people, people have an extremely hard time getting me mad, mostly because i like to exploit that they're mad and that make me happy :)

I collect souls... WTH!!! i lol'ed so hard at this!!you have to think a little and remember that life it too short to worry about minor things.
Don't sweat the small stuff really is true and it saves you getting ulcers.
Shake it off and in a little while you will realize that what was bothering you is not that important.
I don't get angry nearly as quickly as I used to. Normally I just... emotionally distance myself from the source of my anger. If I actually need to vent, (which can happen if I become very angry...) first thing I do is get away from people. They tend to aggregate my temper more than anything else. Then I do something destructive. It usually helps, I don't know why.
The best thing to do is to ignore whatever is causing the anger or walking away. =)
Defeating evil with kindness also helps as well.
