I go kick babies.
no, not really.
honestly, I really don't have a clue. I think I just forget about most crap that made me angry in the day. and whatever residual stress is washed away by a good meal and some relaxation.

Honestly, I just let it go. For the most part, I am complete control of my emotions. -I am only mad, happy, in love, etc. when I want to be. -though this was not always the case...I used to let them control me...and control me they did...embarrassing when I look backrawsavon
This is me pretty much.
tbh I dont really get angry.
I have maybe two or three bad days a year where I get kind of cranky.
I think I get depressed instead of angry.
Just like OP, I simply take a deep breath, or let out a long, long sigh. Then think about something else.
[QUOTE="DJ-Lafleur"]I punt cute little animals like footballs. D:ff7fan2
"he punted baxter! the bad man punted baxter off the bridge!
Ron, where are you?!
Im in a glass cage of emotiooonnnnnnnnnnnnn!"
I go to the range. Cliche, I know, but it works for me. I used to work out, but then I found that imagining the person that is pissing me off as one of the targets when I shoot works much better.
I get all big and turn green. Then I smash anything that is near me and I say "Smash!!" while I'm smashing.
I'm not very good at controlling my anger. I always speak my mind and get ticked off easily... no wonder I have no friends
Haha, I am the same way. People dont tend to make me mad, usually because they are doing it on purpose, and I dont give them the satisfaction of success. However, inanimate objects should know better than to piss me off.this is pretty much me too. i get extremely mad at inanimate objects like when something keeps falling off where i put it, or when you open your car door and lean in to get something and the door swings back and hits you , when i run into stuff i always destroy it like IT did it :P
but people, people have an extremely hard time getting me mad, mostly because i like to exploit that they're mad and that make me happy :)

I punch my girlfriend in the leg. The squeaky squeal sound she makes on the moment of impact is very therapeutic. Only works once however because the squeaky sound changes into a sort of, silent, withheld whimper of pain the second time.
I go fight. Lol. I know it sounds stupid but I either fight or lift weights.
Not like real fighting.. Just sparring.
I punch something soft life a pillow :)racing1750Still think a girls leg is better, and it's soft! Unless she's really skinny.

No it's not sarcasm, it's sort of playful fun, but I try to leave a bruise so I can point and laugh at it over the day. She bites me and draws blood sometimes, I got a scab on my ear that keeps peeling off and bleeding again thanks to her!
If she's not around however, I normally vent my anger on a random object. I've smashed glasses, broken lots of PC parts (broke the mic on my headset yesterday) all sorts of stuff. I never hit my pets though, won't ever do that. Girls are ok but not pets.
i just try and take a deep breath and not act out, but sometimes things can get a little overwhelming.

I do that exactly. I can't think of something I've broken out of anger in the last 5 years.
My friend on the other hand... I tell him not to break stuff when he's mad but... he doesn't listen. Then he gets more pissed when his stuff is broken.
