How do you deal with flammers/insulters in this board?

Laugh at them.

ignore them and let them act like the idiots they are while they think they're being tough. It's hilarious because they're only proving how childish they are when they are not capable of debating without insults or by using profanity to "emphasize" more meaning.

To an extent it's also quite flattering when you notice "dude" only enters the topic to try and pester you, always quoting you and continuing the drama because they feel they have to annoy you for your opinion which obviously annoyed them in a different topic.
