How do you fix backne?

Backne as in acne on your back. I want to go to the beach with this girl I like and take off my shirt when I run/exercise, but I have a lot of backne (not so much on my chest) that I'm ashamed of. I've tried cleaning it using different types of soaps in the shower, but what do you guys suggest I do to get rid of it?

Yeah, im sure the same principals apply, besides if she's shallow enough to judge someone by their Backne then I personally wouldnt go out with said girl.

Vinegar and sandpaper. I don't see how you could go wrong with that.

I had some backne around my shoulders when i was doing serious weight training.

Then i took a shower scrub that helps your skin and your pores and removes dead cells.
Following that, a shower gel, that contains tea tree oil.
Finally, a moisturiser and an anti-blemish spray.

Then lay in the sun with your back taking up the tan.
Now my back is smooth, tanned and ripped.

You seriously gotta maintain every bit of your body, that applies to everyone.

Have you tried yelling at it?
